WHY KRONOS

(especially in crypto) are unfair and time / information too limited. Combined with human biases and inexperience, it's no wonder over 90% lose in secondary markets.

However, there are some who are consistently profitable - extremely profitable when volatility is high, but their talents are exclusively enjoyed by the top hedge funds such as Citadel and Tower Research. Kronos changes it all for all in crypto.

Unstable and highly volatile markets

The volatility in crypto markets can be extreme, making it very difficult to trade for even professionals. Correlation is also very high so simply buying a basket of tokens does NOT offer significant diversification.

Solutions

We aim to remove single points of failure to ensure the long term survival of a multi-strategy fund structure. Research government models and embed evolutionary based decision making into governance system. Decisions will be delegated and relegated to the most "fit/intelligent" parties to ensure the best long term decision making framework.

KRON is the first to establish a market price for high sharpe quantitative strategies.

Our quant trading team will utilize our ICO funds to run capital constrained algos with high and stable sharpe ratios. KRON holders will benefit from actual cashflows and future expected cashflows. Tokens can be freely traded between crypto participants.

As Strategies mature, they will be rolled off into separate funds and "child tokens" will be issued - like an ETF.

The variety of strategies represented by child tokens is endless. However, the quality of managers (external and internal) will be strictly controlled by Kronos initially. Slowly this function will be decentralized in an intelligent and responsible manner.

Mark is an experienced quantitative researcher, trader, and developer, with more than a decade of experience at high frequency trading firms. He specializes in writing alpha models, developing innovative trading strategies, and understanding market microstructure

Mark started his career at Citadel Investment Group’s High Frequency Trading unit in 2006, which made $892M in 2007 and $1.15B in 2008. It was called “among the very top of high-frequency firms in the world, the top-of-the-top tier”1
